Grandma Lora

Today would have been Grandma Lora's birthday. She was born in 1901. Grandma Lora and Daddy always had a special bond. Grandma Lora always told Daddy he was a good boy. He must have had her fooled. This is a picture of her and Daddy. I guess anyone would love a chubby baby with blonde currly hair and a smile like that. I've got a good start on being chubby, and I can smile now too. I better start woking on my hair. I have a good start of hair on the back of my head, just got to work on the top some more.

I am named after my Grandma Lora. Mommy and Daddy compromised and named me Loralei. Daddy always said if he ever had a baby girl she would be named after his Grandma. Mommy really likes the name Lyla, so they compromised. Happy Birthday Grandma Lora, our thoughts are with you. Love you lots!
